The article is devoted to the analysis and forecasting of prospects for Ukraine's interaction with international organizations in the context of the ongoing war with Russia. The article discusses the need for international support for Ukraine, which has been at war for the tenth year, including two years of the "hot" phase. The war created numerous challenges for Ukraine and the international community, which require joint efforts to overcome them.
The authors emphasize the importance of globalization and interdependence in the modern world, which necessitates quick and high-quality solutions of the international community. International organizations, both governmental and non-governmental, play a key role in global governance by receiving and analyzing information and shaping appropriate responses to global challenges.
The article examines the current state of Ukraine's cooperation with international organizations, reveals the main problems and prospects of such cooperation. In particular, the impact of international organizations on global security, food and environmental security is considered. The experience of foreign countries regarding the protection of human rights in armed conflicts through the prism of international humanitarian law is analyzed.
Particular attention was paid to the need to reform the UN Security Council, Ukraine's ratification of the Rome Statute, deepening cooperation in the field of human rights, and removing bureaucratic obstacles in cooperation with international organizations. The article also emphasizes the importance of Ukraine fulfilling its international obligations to ensure peace and preserve independence.
The role of the UN in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and the methods it uses to ensure peace and security at the international level are analyzed. It is noted that the UN is a party to the trilateral grain agreement between Ukraine, Turkey and the UN. It has been involved in the development of international humanitarian law, including the Geneva Conventions. However, the efforts of the UN, in particular the Security Council, are not effective enough in the context of the conflict in Europe and Russia's attack on Ukraine.
