Abstract

The article is aimed at an in-depth study of the peculiarities of the interrogation of minors in criminal proceedings in order to substantiate the legal and psychological characteristics of this process. The author defines his task in the formation of a system of methodical techniques aimed at improving interaction with juvenile defendants during interrogation.

The article carefully examines methods aimed at establishing psychological contact with a minor and preventing possible bona fide errors in his testimony. Great attention is paid to neutralizing conflict situations during interrogation, emphasizing the importance of ensuring the objectivity and reliability of testimony obtained from minors.

The study expands the understanding of the process of questioning minors, making practical recommendations for improving procedures and ensuring that their rights are respected when participating in criminal proceedings. The importance of these measures for the creation of a fair and effective judicial system, which takes into account the peculiarities of interaction with minors in the legal context, is noted. In addition, the article highlights important aspects of ethical behavior during the interrogation of minors, addressing issues of confidentiality and protection of children's rights. The author provides an analysis of the impact of the psychosocial context on interrogation and suggests strategies for ensuring the safety and mental well-being of minors during this process. This approach to research opens up new opportunities for creating more effective and humane approaches to interaction with minors. In addition, the article analyzes the influence of society on the interrogation of minors, considering the importance of adapting approaches to different socio-cultural environments. Attention is also focused on improving communication and providing psychological support during the interrogation of minors.
