The text of a scientific article must contain the following mandatory elements:

Statement of the problem in general terms and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks. The statement of the problem in general terms in a scientific article is defined as a clear and specific formulation of an unresolved problem or an important issue that is the object of research. This stage of establishing the problem determines the main vectors of further analysis and conclusions of the article. Clarifying the connection between the formulated problem and scientific or practical tasks is critical for understanding the importance of the study. This connection determines how the results of the study can contribute to solving certain problems or solving practical tasks in accordance with modern scientific and societal requirements.
Analysis of recent research and publications. This section discusses the results and conclusions of previously published studies to explain the scientific interest of the current study. In the literature review, the author should also briefly analyze at least 10 publications on the topic over the past 5 years and indicate problems that have not been resolved in previous studies and that will be revealed in this article. Citing in the text and including in the bibliographic lists of sources published in Russian in any country, as well as sources in other languages, if they are published in Russia and Belarus, is prohibited. This prohibition does not apply to sources that critically analyze the policies and actions of Russia.
This section should:
Indicate key works and publications related to the chosen topic, providing a clear overview of previous scientific contributions to this field.
Emphasize what approaches and results of previous research are used or taken into account to define your own approach and solve the problem.
Justify the importance of the study, taking into account existing limitations and gaps in knowledge, and show how the article fills these niches.
Identify any differences in approaches to solving the problem and possible conflicts in existing data or interpretations.
Highlight previously unresolved parts of the general problem. Indicate those aspects of the general problem that remain unresolved or require additional research, emphasizing their potential contribution.
This section of the article should contain:
a clear formulation of aspects and questions that remain unresolved in existing research;
an analysis of the reasons why these parts of the problem have not been given due attention or solved;
an explanation of why these unresolved parts are important for understanding the overall problem and an argument for the need for further research on these aspects; an explanation of how the study of the unresolved parts of the problem will affect the achievement of the overall goals of the article and an indication of what specific issues the author(s) plan to address in their work.
Formulation of the objectives of the article (task statement)
The formulation of the objectives should be clear and specific. Determine what exactly should be achieved as a result of the research.
The objectives should reflect the relevance of the research and indicate why this topic is important for the scientific or practical field.
The formulated objectives should have a logical sequence and reflect the structure of the article.
The formulated objectives should be objective and scientifically sound.
This section should serve as a justification for the chosen direction of research, emphasize the importance of the new contribution, and establish a context for further reflection and conclusions.
A presentation of the main material of the study with a full justification of the scientific results obtained. This section occupies a central place in the scientific article. The main task of this section is to clarify the data obtained when using the methodology described in the previous section, prove working hypotheses, etc. The section must necessarily have an empirical part. Purely theoretical works will be accepted for publication only if they have significant scientific relevance.
The following recommendations must be followed in this section:
A high level of scientific substantiation and the use of authoritative sources to confirm the research. A deep analysis of the essence of the problem or issue being investigated, using scientific theories and approaches.
A detailed consideration of working hypotheses and their justification based on the results obtained. Application of an analytical approach to the presentation and explanation of the results.
The logical order should correspond to the sequence of conducting the research and substantiating the results obtained.
Substantiating the research with scientific facts, evidence, examples. Explanation of the methodology used, its pros and cons, tools used for data collection.
The section should have a clear structure, reflecting the sequence of presentation of the material. A clear connection with the methodology described in the previous section, as well as with the introduction to the article.

Conclusions. This section presents brief research results. Here, the main ideas of the main part of the study are repeated, but these statements should not exactly repeat the phrases from the main part of the article; summarize the results of understanding the topic, draw conclusions, generalizations and recommendations. In this section, you need to compare the purpose of your research and the results obtained and conclude on the extent to which all the tasks set at the beginning of the study have been achieved, and what else needs to be studied in the direction of the topic of this study. It is also appropriate to describe possible methodological approaches or theoretical frameworks that may be useful for further research. The conclusions should not contain citations of literature sources.
