MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PUBLICATION

The mission of the professional scholarly journal Irpin Legal Chronicles is to establish an authoritative academic platform for the advancement of contemporary legal science and practice. The Journal seeks to address pressing issues of law and public administration, to contribute to the improvement of legislation and law enforcement, and to foster the integration of Ukrainian legal research into the international academic community, with particular emphasis on supporting young scholars.

The Irpin Legal Chronicles covers a wide range of theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of modern legal science and practice.

Development of contemporary legal systems and institutions.

Constitutional law, administrative law, and public governance.

Civil, family, labor, and medical law in the context of modern challenges.

The Journal serves as a platform for scholarly dialogue among researchers, faculty members, practitioners, postgraduate students, and undergraduates. Publications are accepted in both Ukrainian and English, thereby promoting the integration of Ukrainian legal scholarship into the global academic space. The profile of the Journal corresponds to the “Law” cluster in accordance with the current regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine regarding the formation of the List of Scientific Professional Journals of Ukraine.

The Journal publishes: research articles, review articles, analytical papers, scholarly communications, book reviews, discussion papers, reports on academic events, as well as corrections and clarifications to previously published materials.
