Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of the ontological transformations of law in the context of digitalization through the prism of security and human-centeredness. The essence of the "ontological turn" is explored, characterized by the transition from static normativism to dynamic techno-legal ecosystems. It is substantiated that the algorithmization of law in a hybrid legal space emerges as a major trend, where positive law transforms into an adaptive digital knowledge base, providing correct proactive regulation of dynamic social processes.

The dichotomy of human status as an active subject of digital relations and a vulnerable object of algorithmic influence is outlined; emphasis is placed on the protection of "digital dignity" and the mental autonomy of the individual. It is emphasized that fundamental legal principles remain immutable axiological landmarks, even amidst revolutionary changes in legal reality resulting from digitalization.

The concept of integrating security guarantees into the architecture of the digital space according to the principles of "legal protection by design" and "security by design" is supported, shifting the focus from retrospective liability to preventive harm mitigation.

The role of Ukraine as a donor of experience in digital interaction between the individual and the state under extremely difficult conditions is highlighted. It is concluded that the digital transformation of law should serve to expand human dignity and freedom, ensuring security in the global digital environment.
