Abstract

The article is devoted to the characteristics of the legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in the financial sector of Ukraine. A systematic analysis of concepts related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in financial processes was carried out, focusing on various scenarios where artificial intelligence can significantly facilitate the functioning of financial units.

The risks associated with the introduction of artificial intelligence into the financial sphere are identified, and the directions for their reduction are substantiated. Situations in which artificial intelligence can become a key tool for optimizing processes in financial institutions, increasing productivity and reducing risks are analyzed. The opinion is focused on the importance of a balanced approach to the use of artificial intelligence, taking into account its regulatory and legal regulation in foreign countries. Attention is drawn to the fact that artificial intelligence in the financial sector can be both a chance for success and a potential threat for the future. The author substantiates the need to find the optimal way to introduce artificial intelligence into business processes in order to ensure a successful and stable future for the financial sector. In addition, it is worth considering that the introduction of artificial intelligence into the financial sphere requires not only technological changes, but also the formation of a culture of its application.

The article discusses the importance of legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in the financial sector. It is noted that the increasing use of artificial intelligence in financial processes creates a need for appropriate legislation that would ensure effective control over the use of these technologies and protect both public and private interests. Identifying and eliminating the shortcomings of the legal regulation of artificial intelligence in the financial sector is a necessary condition for its further, most effective, rational and appropriate use.
