This article is dedicated to the legal analysis of the activities of the Ministry of Digital Transformation as a subject of public administration.
State management of informatization processes and digitalization of relations depends on many factors. These include the development of information technologies, the ability to attract the latest innovative developments in the technical field, the formation of an information culture and information literacy among the majority of the population, access to information resources and the ability to use them. This list is not exhaustive, and each of these factors can have a significant impact on the overall development of the state as a whole. In order to coordinate the state's efforts in formulating policy, ensuring proper financing of development programs, and defining key priorities, the Ministry of Digital Transformation was established. Analysis of the powers of this state body and reports on its work allows us to state the active promotion of innovative developments in the field of public administration, in particular through the introduction of the "Diia" information system, the introduction of information technologies in all spheres of public life of the state and its citizens.
