Analysis of the security threats of Ukraine in the conditions of the martial state

Abstract

In the article, an analysis of the security of Ukraine in the context of the martial state was carried out, and the prospects for its development were studied. With the current changes in the political, economic, social and humanitarian spheres, national security, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the state has appropriate strategies.

Therefore, one of the key tasks of the science of public administration in the field of national security is to develop a methodology with the help of which it is necessary to develop a set of measures that will affect the level of state and national security and at the same time counter modern threats.

In the article, the conceptual and categorical apparatus of strategizing in the field of public administration of the security environment of Ukraine was investigated, the threats to the future security environment of Ukraine and the public administration system in the field of national security were analyzed, their classifications were developed, the procedure for using the scenario approach to predict the development of the future environment was analyzed, defined and developed. security of Ukraine, analyzed the capabilities of the security and defense sector to ensure the national security of Ukraine, developed a scientific and methodological apparatus for the distribution of tasks, determined the capabilities of the security and defense sector of Ukraine to form an integrated potential to eliminate and neutralize threats to the military security of the state, improved the model of public administration in the security sector and defense of Ukraine and substantiated recommendations to the executive bodies in the field of public administration.
