The article is dedicated to the study of the current trend of strengthening deglobalization processes and changes in state interests in the field of economic policy. Upheavals in the trade and economic sector as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic have significantly affected export-import relations between individual countries. Analyzing the dynamics of the growth of restrictive trade measures between countries, it was found that the consequences of the global quarantine gradually lead to an increase in the role of deglobalization, namely regional integration and glocalization. The influence of military actions in Ukraine on the development of deglobalization processes is determined. The conclusion is made about the importance of analyzing and reflecting the objective impact of deglobalization processes from the standpoint of the relationship with the formation of economic policy.
